The Camlee Group advised the shareholders of Western Air Ducts Limited on its sale to CECO Environmental Corp. Western Air specializes in dust and fume extraction solutions, providing industrial air consultation, design, manufacturing, installation and aftermarket parts and services.

Leading environmental, engineering and technical services business RSK Group Ltd is pleased to announce it has added specialist engineering company Richard Allitt Associates (RAA) to its thriving portfolio.

Operating across the UK from two offices in Staplefield, West Sussex, and Altrincham, Greater Manchester, RAA is a specialist provider of hydraulic modelling, surface water management and flood risk consultancy for the urban drainage industry, delivering innovative solutions for the complex needs of its customers.

Established in 1996 by Richard and Kathryn Allitt, the company has almost three decades of experience resolving flooding problems in the urban environment and a long track record in the provision of flood risk consultancy services.

Chris Murthi acted as Lead Advisor to the shareholders of RAA.

Mason Evans Partnership
 

Scottish specialist geo-environmental consultancy Mason Evans Partnership has been acquired by Leicester-based Construction Testing Solutions (CTS).

Mason Evans, which operates across Scotland, was founded in 1995. The geo-environmental consultancy provides a variety of solutions to developers, housebuilders, distillers, local authorities, contractors, consulting engineers and architects. It currently employs 45 people.

The Camlee Group was lead advisor to the shareholders of Mason Evans.

Cooper Software Limited
 

Camlee is really pleased to have assisted the Cooper family in their investment from YFM Equity Partners. Founded in 2005 by current CEO Frank Cooper, Cooper Software is an independent provider of products, consulting services and 24/7 support for ERP, helping businesses manage day-to-day functions and bringing the flow of data between these processes into a unified platform. The business has provided more than 1,500 enterprise solutions for over 300 clients worldwide.

M&S Hire Limited
 

Plant hire group Vp plc has acquired M&S Hire in a share purchase deal worth £2.8 million. Camlee acted as lead advisor on the sale. 

M&S was founded in 1984 and specialises in the rental of mobile alloy scaffold towers, push around lifts and podiums, with a focus on providing work at height solutions to contractors in the commercial fit out sector. It operates from a single location in Sittingbourne, Kent and focuses on the Greater London region.

Industrial Services Company
 

The Camlee Group has advised on the sale of an Industrial Services company to an Employee Ownership Trust ("EOT").  Camlee assisted in the valuation process with HMRC and constructed forecasts for the EOT. 

Leap Environmental Limited
 

Camlee are pleased to announce the sale of Leap Environmental Limited to RSK Group. The Camlee Group acted as lead advisor to the vendors.

Leap Environmental, which is based in Surrey with offices in Kent and West Sussex, provides sustainable engineering solutions to the construction industry, local authorities and landowners. The company will retain its current brand, employees, leadership, values and strategy. RSK said that the business will continue to focus on its core service range but will now be able to offer a much wider range of services through sister companies.

Leap Environmental specialises in areas including land quality and contaminated land assessment, quantitative risk assessment for soil, gas and water, as well as geotechnical engineering and other services.
